Receive and process online applications

Every school site built on the platform includes a public Apply Online page. Families submit applications there; your staff review them in the workspace.

1. The public application page

On your school's website, the admissions page lives at /apply-online. Applicants fill in their details and upload the documents you require, then submit.

You can customise the admission form and required documents under Admissions → Admission Settings in the workspace.

2. Review incoming applications

  1. Open Admissions → Applications in the workspace sidebar.
  2. New applications appear in the list with their status.
  3. Open an application to see the full submission and uploaded documents.

3. Admit the student

From the application you can admit the candidate. Admission creates the student record — the student then appears under Students with the academic year, form and stream carried over from the application where applicable.

4. Invoice the fees

After admission, switch to Finance → Student Invoices and create the invoice (individually or with the auto-billing engine — see Invoicing).

Application statuses you will see

Applications move through submitted / under review / admitted (and rejected where relevant). Always open the record rather than relying on the list colour alone — the full detail view shows everything that was submitted.
